The lymphatic system works closely with the circulation and the blood. One of its chief jobs is to help evacuate toxins from the body, and to supply lymphocytes to the bloodstream. The lymphatic system is comprised of a fine network of capillaries going all throughout the body. This system is subject to the same problems as blood vessels. When lymph vessels are blocked, fluid pools and the area swells. When you see these indicators, or when you have had a veterinarian diagnose the problem, that is a good time for this nutritional supplement. The horse needs to be fed with whole oats, as lack of silica is part of the problem, and the oat contains good amounts of silica.
